Dave was extremely helpful throughout this adventure. First, I live in a time zone 16 hours ahead of Dave, yet that didn't strike as an issue in communication. Due to the fact of this distance, Dave extended himself a bit outside the norms of the role of a realtor, and provided that level of convenience that I otherwise might not get with someone else. Additionally, I do have something to compare to in regards to a Buyer's Agent. I felt Dave was a definite representative of my interests and advocated for me appropriately and did it with intrinsic motivation. Dave represented me with a For Sale by Owner Seller which presents its own challenges, but with the constant communication and follow-up, I had zero issues compared to another agent. If I had to choose an agent again in the Kern County area, it would definitely be Dave. I personally recommend -- especially if you're in the same Time zone, but if not, it won't really faze you.
