Dave was extremely helpful throughout this adventure. First, I live in a time zone 16 hours ahead of Dave, yet that didn't strike as an issue in communication. Due to the fact of this distance, Dave extended himself a bit outside the norms of the role of a realtor, and provided that level of convenience that I otherwise might not get with someone else. Additionally, I do have something to compare to in regards to a Buyer's Agent. I felt Dave was a definite representative of my interests and advocated for me appropriately and did it with intrinsic motivation. Dave represented me with a For Sale by Owner Seller which presents its own challenges, but with the constant communication and follow-up, I had zero issues compared to another agent. David helped me buy a HUD home last year and I would recommend him to anyone. He actually cares about the client even if that means it’s not to his benefit or if he needs to answer a call after hours to submit an offer of finalization with the title company. My process of buying a house was a pain with the title and mortgage company and David was very helpful and kept on top of all the paperwork even when the other companies lost it and stuff needed to be resubmitted.

I cannot say how much I appreciate all the time, energy and effort Dave Morales put into helping my husband and I buy a home. The house that we rented for over five years was put on the market, and although we felt we were in the position to buy a house, we really did not want to buy that house. We were given 30 days to move and had a hard time finding another house to rent; we knew we would not be able to buy a house within thirty days. We moved in with my father-in-law in November 2020 with the intention of buying a home within 90 to 120 days at the latest. On January 7, 2021, our world was turned upside down when my husband suffered a massive stroke and our plan to buy a house was put on hold. The living situation was very difficult, my father-in -law planned to move to Arizona and wanted to sell his house. I was having a difficult time finding a rental that was affordable and this is when Dave stepped in to help. He convinced me that we very well could still buy a home. He referred me to a lender that approved a home loan for us. Then the house hunting began. We put offers in on multiple houses only to be outbid by other buyers, at this point, I don't even remember how many houses we were outbid on. There were many times I was so discouraged that I just wanted to give up, but Dave continued to tell me, "There is a house out there for you, we just need to keep looking". I cannot tell you how many times Dave talked me off the ledge and continued to encourage me, even when I was so discouraged. Dave continued to send me new listings and we continued to look at houses. During this time, Dave was also educating me about buying a home. I had so many questions all the time and he was so very patient. Finally, we found a house we could afford, and the owners accepted our offer, we began moving on March 13, 2022. I really believe that most agents would have walked away months ago and said "Sorry, there is no more I can do to help you" but Dave never did, in fact, when I said, I just cannot do this anymore, Dave said, "yes, you can!" Dave went above and beyond to help us find a home.
